School Improvement Grant en Wyoming gets $1.1 million for schools <p>U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan says Wyoming will receive $1.1 million to turn around its persistently lowest-achieving schools.</p><p>The money comes from the Education Department's School Improvement Grants program.
