Laramie, Wy – Rocky Mountain Power is seeking an average 17.3 percent increase in electrical rates in Wyoming. The increase would average 50 cents per day, or $15 per month, for a typical household that uses 825 kilowatt-hours of electricity per month. If approved, the change would take effect next September.
