Judge to hear Ayers case.

Casper, Wy – The question on whether William Ayers should be allowed to speak on the University of Wyoming campus will be debated in federal court today. U.S. District Judge William Downes is scheduled to hold a hearing in the case in Casper. The University of Wyoming says it should be able to bar 1960s Ayers from speaking on campus for safety reasons.
The university provided affidavits of death threats against
Ayers, school staff and alumni in court papers filed Saturday.

Brother charged in teen's death on Wind River Reservation

Arapahoe, Wy – The 21-year-old brother of a slain girl told authorities that he put her in a choke hold and then threw her against a weight bench after he caught her having sex with another teen. Robert Spoonhunter of Arapahoe faces a federal charge of assault
resulting in serious bodily injury. The body of 13-year-old Marisa
Spoonhunter was found on the Wind River Indian Reservation earlier
this month.
