Laramie, Wy – A Wyoming conservation group says southeast Wyoming is the best place for wind farms in the state. Biodiversity conservation Alliance Director Eric Molvar says their study shows that southeast Wyoming would have the least amount of environmental and wildlife impacts. Molvar says the study takes into account transmission lines that would be needed for any such project. Some property rights groups object to the report, saying it would limit their ability to develop wind farms.

The first event in the remodeled courtroom was the swearing-in of new members of the Wyoming State Bar.
