Wyoming – A lack of affordable rental housing is a problem across Wyoming. But in Laramie, the large number of student renters makes the problem worse. As a result, some landlords are able to rent apartments that are unpleasant or even unsafe. Addie Goss reports.

Laramie, WY – Some state officials are hoping to re-engage people on the benefits of restoring and preserving historic buildings in the state. These are buildings over 50 years of age with a historic significance. Many of these buildings are heading for the wrecking ball.
Evan Medley of the Wyoming Main Street program says losing these buildings would be bad for the state. That is why they are trying to find ways to restore these buildings.
