State Wants Education Suit Tossed Out

Laramie, Wy – An attorney for the state is calling for the dismissal of the lawsuit over education funding in Wyoming. The trial started last Monday. And Special Assistant Attorney General Mike O'Donnell filed the motion to dismiss this Thursday.

Laramie, Wy – The new head of education in Wyoming is already growing tired of litigation from the local school districts. McBride says as a leader he knows it is impossible to make everyone happy. To end the litigation he says there needs to be a change from the grassroots all the way to the top of the system.
