AG Wants Gambling Ruling Reviewed

Cheyenne, WY – Wyoming's Attorney General plans to ask a federal appeals court to review of a ruling that would allow more types of gambling on the Wind River Indian Reservation. That decision was made last month by a three-judge panel of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Attorney General Pat Crank wants the full court to consider the issue. A Northern Arapaho tribal spokesman says they are prepared to argue the case if it goes to the full appeals court.
