Laramie, WY – Memorial Day marks a dramatic up-tick in four-wheel ATV use in Wyoming, and often an up-tick in accidents, too. But a state safety expert is hoping there are fewer accidents this year, after he gave a safety talk to an estimated 15-hundred Wyoming school kids this spring. Chris McNeil is the state's trails and safety education coordinator. He says he teaches kids to use their body weight to keep ATV's upright. McNeil says it's important that kids do NOT drive adult-sized ATV's, because they're not big enough to guide the vehicle with their body weight.
