Bill Tries to Resolve Flood of Malpractice Lawsuits

Laramie, WY – US Senator Mike Enzi is a co-sponsor of a bill that would allow states to use federal money to find creative ways to resolve medical malpractice lawsuits. He wants states to find effective and creative ways to keep every medical dispute from winding up in court.
Enzi says it is possible that specific health courts could come from the legislation. The Senate will intends to provide funding for states who want to try different approaches. Enzi expects Wyoming to be one of those states.
