Blankenship May Leave for Alaska
Cheyenne, WY – Wyoming's top educator may be leaving his post. State Schools Superintendent Trent Blankenship is a candidate for a district superintendent's job in Alaska. Officials in Barrow, Alaska, confirmed to the Wyoming Tribune-Eagle that Blankenship is a finalist for that job. Blankenship has about 1 1/2 years left in his first term as Wyoming Superintendent of Public Instruction.
