Cody, Wyo. – The Buffalo Bill Historical Center at Cody is enjoying an improved 2010 tourist season.
Spokesman Lee Haines says visitation to the center is up 3 percent through mid-September and revenues increased from last year.
Haines credits the increased tourism this year to the work of the Park County Travel Council and Wyoming Tourism and Travel Commission.
He tells the Cody Enterprise that another contributing factor is a rebound in the number of bus tours. He said everyone is glad to see that industry rebound from the declines of 2009.
