Cheyenne Credit Card Audit
Cheyenne, WY – A report on the use of city credit cards will be presented to the Cheyenne city council and the mayor on Tuesday. The audit was called for to investigate the use of city credit cards by a former council employee who charged more than $500 to the card for personal items. Cheyenne Mayor Jack Spiker says the audit will be reviewed by the council and given to police detectives. Spiker says preliminary discussions with the auditor show no improper use of credit cards by city council members.
