Cody, WY – A ranch south of Cody is expected to be
developed as part of a series of ultra-exclusive resorts around the world.
Yellowstone Club World is being developed by (B) billionaire Tim Blixseth for use by 150 families that will pay three (M) million to ten (M) million dollars each to join.
Yellowstone Club World bought the 32-hundred-acre Monster Lake property south of Cody in January. Resort officials initially were unsure if they would develop the ranch as a vacation spot that members could visit.
But last week they said it's a go -- the ranch is going to be developed with rustic lodging and guests will have opportunities to hike, fish, hunt and ride horses.
Other Yellowstone Club World properties include a 30-thousand-square foot castle in France and a collection of
seaside villas in Mexico.
