Laramie, WY – All three members of Wyoming's congressional delegation voted this week in favor of an $858 billion package extending tax cuts and unemployment benefits.
Republican Rep. Cynthia Lummis says she had concerns about the bill though. She says the legislation didn't specify where the $57 billion needed to extend unemployment benefits for 13 more months would come from.
Lummis also said she would have been "amenable" to not extending some of the tax cuts for those who make more than $1 million per year.
Republican Sens. Mike Enzi and John Barrasso also voted for the legislation. The Casper Star-Tribune reports the senators said they were concerned about how increased taxes would affect families and small businesses.
