Cowboys Beat Ohio

Laramie, WY – The Cowboys only had 271 yards of total offense... but late in the game they were able to put together their longest drive of the day and Quarterback Dax Crum threw a 23-yard touchdown pass to Donate Morgan for what turned out to be the winning score in the 21-20 victory. Offensive Coordinator Bob Cole says the key drive came about because the Cowboys put themselves in position to pick up easy first downs.

Looking at the big picture, Cole says the winning touchdown pass showed him what he thought about Crum: that he can win, even in a game where he made some mistakes.
