Cowboys Offense Trouble

Laramie, WY – After two games the Wyoming offense is having trouble running the football getting only 47 yards a game. And most of those have come from Quarterback Austyn Carta-Samuels scrambling out of the pocket. While noting that his team just played an excellent Texas defense .Wyoming football coach Dave Christensen says just throwing the ball all the time won't work

"We obviously have to block better," says Christensen. "Schematically maybe we need to narrow it down and not give them so many things to do. But we are certainly searching for answers there and we know we have to develop a run game."

Christensen believes it will eventually come around, but they will work on it until
it does.
The Cowboys next face 3rd ranked Boise State Saturday night. About a
Thousand tickets remain for the game.
