Enzi Encouraging Inventors

Laramie, Wy – Senator Mike Enzi is holding a conference for inventors.
It is free to the public and is the third such conference Enzi has sponsored during his time in office.
Enzi says he wants young people in Wyoming to stay in the state by developing their ideas and starting businesses.
The conference seeks to help inventors develop their ideas, get patents and take their products to market.
Julia Rhodes, who invented attachable erasers for dry erase markers, gave the conference's keynote address.
Rhodes was a middle school teacher in California when she first came up with the idea for her product. She launched her company - KleenSlate Concepts - in 2001 and has since landed contracts with Office Depot and Staples to distribute the product nationwide.
