Laramie, Wy –
Wyoming Senator Mike Enzi would like to see a flurry of seniors signup for the medicare drug benefit plan. Wyoming has over 40 different plans. But Enzi who chairs the U-S Senate committee that oversaw the plan says it is not as complicated as some think. He says if you bring all your prescriptions to a pharmacist or to someone at your local senior center they can help you decide what is the best plan for you. Enzi says Seniors need to sign up by May 15th. About 53 percent of eligible Wyoming Seniors have signed up. State officials say the numbers have surged since February.
