Washington D-C –
Many remain unhappy with an immigration bill making its was through the U-S Senate. Among them are both Senators Craig Thomas and Mike Enzi of Wyoming. During debate on the Senate Floor Enzi said that the bill lets too many people off the hook who have broken the law. Enzi says the focus of the bill should be on what is best for the country and should focus on legal workers and legal immigration. The Senate is not expected to take a final vote on the bill until after the Memorial Day recess.
