Exxon To Build Carbon Capture Facility

LaBarge, Wy – Exxon Mobil plans to spend more than 100 million dollars to build a plant in Wyoming that would test carbon-capture
technology.
The Irving-based company says it will begin construction on the
plant in La Barge this summer, with start-up scheduled for late
next year.
The plant will employ Exxon Mobil's Controlled Freeze Zone
technology, which uses cryogenics to remove carbon dioxide.
The company has been working on the technology for about 30 years.
