Free Gun Locks Available

Cheyenne, Wy – A national gun safety organization is distributing 90 thousand free gun locks in Wyoming. Gun owners interested in getting a lock can go to a local law enforcement office one up. They work on almost all hand guns and rifles.
The managing director of safety programs for the National Shooting Sports Foundation, Bill Brassard, says this is also an effort to educate people about firearm safety.
The program is entitled Project ChildSafe and trucks are delivering gun locks and safety kits to communities around Wyoming for the next five days.
