Game And Fish Responds Over Wolf Issue
Cheyenne, Wy – The Wyoming Game and Fish department says the U-S fish and wildlife service's denial of Wyoming's wolf plan was flawed. Game and Fish spokesman Eric Keszler says Director Terry Cleveland wrote federal officials to say that Wyoming's wolf management plan will work and that the feds have not understood several of the issues brought forth in Wyoming's petition to get the plan approved.
Keszler continues to point out that Wyoming's plan was peer reviewed and met approval. The state plans to file a lawsuit this month to get its plan approved.
