High Tech Money Approved For Teton County

Gillette, Wy – The Wyoming Business Council is awarding a million dollars for a Teton County project that could get Wyoming further into the high tech business field. Teton County would get the money on behalf of the economic development group Imagine Jackson, who will construct a building and lease it to the high tech research and develop firm Square One Systems Design. Business Ready Community Program spokesman Shawn Reece says the money is in addition to funding that was used to purchase the building site. He says it will diversify the local economy. In all, the business council awarded over 12 million dollars in grant funding for a variety of projects across the state.
