Cheyenne, WY – The concept an Executive Training Center and a Graduate school of business had its first hearing in the state House of Representatives Monday. The idea is to put the center in Teton County, because of the chance to raise private money for such a facility and because it's the most accessible site by air. The bill that would study the proposal got initial approval, despite some concerns by a Saratoga Representative. Kurt Bucholz thinks that sites other then Teton County should be considered. Cheyenne Representative Doug Samuelson says he wants to kill the bill before it goes much further. It's sponsored by Speaker of the House Randall Luthi who thinks it will enhance the state and University. The bill will be discussed for a second time on Tuesday.
