Issues Survey Unveiled

Laramie, Wy – A survey of Wyoming women shows that the top issues in their community are substance abuse, employment and domestic violence. The statewide survey conducted for the Wyoming Council for Women's Issues also listed Health Care and Child care in the top five. Michelle Aldrich of the Council says they were surprised that substance abuse was listed as number one, but the fact that many women are concerned about employment, was not a surprise.
They hope to use the survey to better target womens issues.
