Ladd Debates Stock

Laramie, Wy – Democratic U-S House candidate Ted Ladd
says he would have advocated a congressional declaration of war
after the 2001 terrorist attacks against the United States.
And the Jackson Democrat says he would have sought debate on a
war declaration before invading Iraq if he had been in Congress at
the time.
The issue came up during a candidates' forum yesterday (Friday)
in Laramie involving Ladd and Libertarian Lewis Stock. Incumbent
Republican Barbara Cubin did not take part in the debate.
Stock says the military should come into play only when the
United States is invaded.
He says U-S troops need to be brought home.
