Cheyenne, WY – The legislature ended like it began, with an address from Governor Dave Freudenthal.
The governor praised lawmakers for their work to advance the state and for their passage of bills from the capture and storage of carbon dioxide to bills concerning the protection of sensitive species.
Freudenthal told lawmakers that it appears the state will have more money next year and they should have an eye to the future.
Senators and Representatives say they are leaving a session that was among the most bipartisan ever.
