Laramie, WY – The body of a 24-year-old man was found in a creek in Jackson, and investigators are treating the case as a possible homicide. They say that Jonathan Aaron Koberna had a broken jaw and a cut on top of his head and may have gotten into a fight. However, an autopsy shows that neither those injuries nor drowning was the cause of death. Teton County Sheriff's Captain Jim Whalen says investigators are "scratching their heads" over how Koberna died. It's also not known exactly where and when he died. A man walking his dog found Koberna's body in Flat Creek Wednesday afternoon. The creek was running high and the body had hung up in a snag. Koberna had lived in Jackson for two years. He originally was from Utah.
