Gillette, WY – GILLETTE, Wyo. (AP) - At least 800 people looking for jobs
attended Wyoming presentations at job fairs held recently in Michigan. Automakers in that state recently announced plans to lay off 60-thousand workers over the next few years. Thirteen representatives from Wyoming participated in the job fairs in Flint, Michigan, and Jackson, Michigan. People attending the Wyoming presentation included some highly skilled workers ready to make the move out West. The Wyoming group focused on recruiting mechanics, welders, electricians, truck drivers, nurses and construction workers.
