More household energy help for Wyoming

CHEYENNE, wyo – The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has released about $300,000-dollars in funding to help eligible, low-income Wyoming residents with home energy costs.

The money is being provided through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program.

The program helps eligible families pay for home heating and cooling costs, as well as helping weatherize their homes.

It is administered in the state by the Wyoming Department of Family Services.
