Wyoming – Livestock, oil wells and wild horses often coexist on the same range. And each has a different effect on that land. Some say wild horses deplete good grazing grounds; others say cattle and oil wells do far worse. For years, wild horses have been at the center of this controversy. Now, recently proposed legislation is stirring that controversy up again.
