Senate Approves Substance Abuse Bill

Cheyenne, WY – The Wyoming Senate gave final approval to a bill that addresses substance abuse treatment in the state. The 22 million dollar measure was questioned by Gillette Senator John Hines. He asked if too much was being spent on the problem. But Senator Charles Scott of Casper says they have no choice. The bill now goes to the House for its consideration.
