State Has $120,000 Available for Entrepreneurs

Laramie, Wy – Though it sounds like a T-V ad there is free money available to inventors and entrepreneurs in Wyoming. The Business Council is administering a program that gets people with innovative ideas in touch with funding for their ideas. Gene Watson runs this program. He says they are looking for people with a plan on how to develop their idea.
Watson says they only accept 10 to 15 percent of the proposals for a grant. That grant is for five thousand dollars, but the people that get those grants can apply for others up to 750 thousand dollars. People with ideas for an invention that are looking for funding can get more information on April 19th at a convention in Cheyenne.
