Riverton, WY – While one storm isn't enough to break the drought, Wyoming is in the middle of another dose of much-needed spring moisture. A storm that dropped a foot of snow on parts of western Wyoming continued to spread moisture in southern and eastern sections last night. The National Weather Service reports that 12 inches of snow fell at White Pine Ski Area near Pinedale over the past couple days. Jackson Hole picked up 8 inches, while 7.5 inches fell on Rock Springs. Casper and Lander received 6 inches of new snowfall.
