Wyoming posted its lowest jobless rate in 27 years in March and while some think that is good news, others who are looking for seasonal workers this summer realize that they have a challenge. Wyoming Lodging and Restaurant Association Director Lynn Birleffi says it's something the service industry has been facing for the last few years, They've increased wages increased recruiting from other states but she says some businesses will need to make some adjustments. That could include shorter hours and a shorter season. Birleffi says such adjustments are bad for Wyoming's overall economy. Birleffi adds that there is a national worker shortage and so all Wyoming businesses will face that additional challenge.
