Laramie, WY – Teton County is on the verge of making all facilities open to the public smoke free. This includes bars, restaurants and ski areas. The Teton District Board of health will vote on the issue Tuesday morning. County Health Manager Terri Gregory says board members have been concerned about the effects of second hand smoke on patrons and employees. Most of Teton County is already smoke free, but Gregory says they want to make sure the policy applies to everyone, now and in the future.
The board will meet in the Teton county commissioners room at nine Tuesday morning.
