Teton County Voters Asked To Support Pathways Projects
Jackson, Wy – Teton County voters are being asked to support three alternative transportation issues that will be on the ballot this month. Voters will be asked to support a one percent special purpose tax for a variety of projects including a start bus transit facility sidewalks in the downtown Jackson area and a Pathway from Wilson to Jackson on Highway 22. Friends of Pathways Director Tim Young, says Pathway projects have gotten a lot of support in Teton County, because such issues are important to the area. The projects are part of a larger special purpose tax ballot question. The vote is August 19th.
