Victims Identified in Snowy Range Plane Crash
Laramie, WY – Three people died in a plane crash in
the Snowy Range last week. They have been identified as two Israeli citizens and a man with dual Israeli/American citizenship.
The single-engine Piper disappeared from radar Wednesday night.
The plane's wreckage was found Friday near Browns Peak. That's about 30 miles west of Laramie.
Albany County Coroner Tom Ferguson says the pilot was the one with the dual
citizenship. All three victims were in their 20s and are believed to have been living in California. The plane was headed to Nebraska.
Furgeson says the victims' remains will be returned to Israel.
