Weather May Hamper Travel at Denver International Airport

Laramie, Wy – Wyoming travelers planning to go through Denver's airport might have experience some delays over the next few days. The National Weather Service is predicting this latest storm could make things difficult at the airport.
The manager of D-I-A, Turner West, says a major problem during last week's storm was clearing snow from around the gates. He says they are going to make that a bigger priority during this storm and they are currently trying to get more snow removal equipment to the airport.
The Denver airport was closed for 45 hours last week because of the snow. West concedes Mother Nature is in charge and there's no guarantee the airport will stay open through this storm.
Most of the flights out of Wyoming go through Denver.
