WHP To Be Out In Force This Weekend
Cheyenne, WY – The Wyoming Highway Patrol will step up it presence of the state's roads over the Fourth of July weekend. Troopers will take part in a multi-state effort to crack down on alcohol and drug-related offenses, along with speeding and seat-beat violations. The Highway Patrol says extra attention will be given to the 300-mile Interstate 25 corridor. All state troopers are expected to work during the holiday, and are also encouraged to work extra overtime.
