Wyo. Democratic Party chairman fears a Clinton vote in the state
Cheyenne, WY – The Wyoming Democratic Party chairman warns that Hillary Clinton could threaten Democratic gains in the West if she's nominated because she would drive Republicans to the polls.
John Millin supports Barack Obama. Millin says if Democrats are going to have a chance in Wyoming, the race is going to be decided by moderate Republicans and independents.
But Millin says if Clinton is nominated, right-wing Republicans would show up at the polls to vote against her. Millin says while they're at it, those Republicans would vote for all the other Republicans on the ballot.
Millin's comments came a week after Wyoming Gov. Dave Freudenthal, also a Democrat, expressed frustration with all the presidential candidates - both Democrat and Republican.
