Cheyenne, Wy – Montana recently announced plans to host one of the country's first power plants to convert coal to liquid fuel. One of the energy companies involved . DKRW is planning such a facility in wyoming's carbon county as well. Energy advisor to the governor Rob Hurliss says the announcement of plan beat Wyoming to the finish line. Hurliss says DKRW has partnered with coal supplier Arch to build several such plants.
