Wyoming gas prices drop

Cheyenne, Wy – AAA says the average price for a gallon of
gasoline in Wyoming has dropped below $3.41 for the first time
since April. And the group says it expects prices will continue to
drop.
The auto club says that the recent slide in fuel prices is
because of the sharp drop in the price of oil, to near $90 a
barrel. In addition, it says that lower demand for petroleum in
both the United States and Europe and the weakening of the Euro are
bringing gas prices down.
Denice Harris is spokeswoman for the association. She says the
group expects that the nationwide average price for gasoline should
be near $3 a gallon before Thanksgiving.
