Laramie, WY – This week state officials predicted lower revenue because of a drop in oil and gas production. Now it appears the slowdown is also impacting Wyoming's job growth. State Economist David Bullard says over the last year Wyoming has gained over nine thousand jobs, but the growth is slowing. But Bullard says another factor is that there are fewer people available to work new jobs and that has also affected the numbers. But he quickly adds that job growth continues in the state and Bullard contends that it remains strong.
