Laramie, WY – Wyoming students continue to show improvement in education test scores. In what is called nation's report care the National Assessment of educational progress Wyoming 4th and 8th graders are out performing their peers and are showing improvement in areas such as math and reading. State Superintendent Jim McBride notes that even the students who were underperforming are doing better.
McBride says as changes in the states school population occur, it will be interesting to see if the state can hang onto the gains. But for now, he is very pleased.
