Wyoming National Guard starting in Kuwait

Rock Springs, WY – The Wyoming Army National Guard is in the final process of taking over their duties in Kuwait after recently completing basic training in Texas.

Spokesman Maj. Sam House says the brigade is in the final process of learning about the country and their objectives from the brigade its replacing.

Members of the 115th Fires Brigade of the Wyoming Army National Guard are taking over completely in the next couple of weeks. They'll be responsible for operations and security at bases in Kuwait and security for convoys heading in and leaving Iraq.
