WYOMING RESIDENTS WANT DISTANCE EDUCATION
Wyoming – Last November the Governor appointed a task for to study and make recommendations on distance education, video conferencing and internet based communications in the state. One of the Co-Chairs was U.W. Outreach School Dean Maggie Murdock. The Task force will make recommendations to the Governor on September 10th. Dean Murdock joins Wyoming Public Radio's Bob Beck in the studio and explains that people in the state say that there is a lot of interest in distance education.
