Laramie, WY – Some 35 students from across the country will be taking classes at Wyoming's new four year college. After three years, Wyoming Catholic College becomes a reality September 3rd when it opens its doors in Lander. The college offers a traditional liberal arts curriculum.
Father Bob Cook is the College President and he says everyone affiliated with the school is excited to get the doors open.
Because only temporary facilities are currently available, they need to limit student numbers. But Cook says interest in the College has taken off.
Cook says he's not surprised to see a lot of interest in a Catholic College education. It will be just the second four-year college in the state.
