Laramie, WY – Sunday night a documentary looks at Grizzlies in Yellowstone and considers the threats that some of them are under as their ecosystem changes. Casey Anderson is the host and says he spent a year observing the Yellowstone Grizzlies. He says climate change has impacted their food source and that is leading to growing conflicts: "You know these masses of bears come down because white bark pine are not around and then you get this human-bear interaction that is not a good thing and the bear ends up paying the price with its life."
Anderson also thinks too many Grizzlies are forced to live too close together. Anderson's documentary is called "Expedition Grizzly featuring Casey Anderson." It airs on the National Geographic channel Sunday night at seven.
