1pm - 2pm: America’s Test Kitchen Thanksgiving Special - True Stories from the Butterball Turkey Talk Line. We chat with the turkey experts who man Butterball’s Turkey Talk-Line, providing answers to more than 100,000 holiday cooking questions each November and December. We’ll put roasting pans through their paces with gadget guru Lisa McManus, and we’ll taste store-bought shortcuts to find out which ones to avoid and which ones will get Thanksgiving dinner on the table quicker. Wine expert Stephen Meuse investigates whether wine has gender, and then we’ll head into the test kitchen to learn how to make the perfect sweet potato pie.

9am - 12pm: Morning MusicThanksgiving Special - with host Grady Kirkpatrick featuring roots music, Native American and Wyoming artists along with the Arlo Guthrie Thanksgiving classic,  Alice’s Restaurant beginning at 11am.

2pm: Backstory - Imagined Nations: Depictions of American Indians- How have native people have been represented — and misrepresented — in U.S. history.  And how have American Indians themselves reinvented those depictions.

6pm - 8pm: Best of the Best: 2014 Third Coast Festival - The winter holiday tradition continues as the Third Coast International Audio Festival brings the best new documentaries produced worldwide to the national airwaves in "Best of the Best," hosted by award-winning writer, producer and humorist Gwen Macsai.

10am: Bob Dylan andThe Band Basement Tapes Radio Special- In 1967, Bob Dylan and several members of what would become The Band got together in upstate New York. For months they played and played and recorded as they went along.  It took 8 years for some of the music to come out officially but in time, the legend of the Basement Tapes grew.  In this one hour radio special, you’ll  hear the inside stories of how these recordings were made plus many highlights from the full release.
